At Meeraj Looms, each piece is crafted with care and rooted in timeless artistry. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • Items must be free from odors, stains, makeup, perfume, or alterations

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items

  • Hand-embroidered or bespoke pieces specifically commissioned

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, weave, or embroidery are considered part of their uniqueness and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on availability.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Any price difference will be charged or credited accordingly

To request an exchange, please email us before sending the item back.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise stated

  • Store credit will be emailed within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

  • Meeraj Looms is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
